Wes and team recently completed a ceiling renovation in my garage and removed popcorn finish and applied a knockdown finish within my home. So I put a hole in the ceiling... After calling several other guys (one of whom gave me an estimate over the phone, which seemed sketchy to me) Then I called New Ceilings and they came in and looked at my situation and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I also had them cut come speaker holes in the ceiling for a surround sound system for an additional price. I could have cut the holes myself but would have been nervous and it would have taken me many times the amount of time. They cut them perfectly, efficiently and left no mess.
Now my hope is I never have to repair a ceiling again... but knowing

They came in and tore out the original ceiling in a mobile home along with the crown moulding and replaced it with drywall and painted it with a knockdown texture. They had a large crew that came in stages and got the job done quickly. They did a really great job! When I had problems with a referral from them, the owner sent someone out and finished the painting of the walls, installing the baseboards and reinstalling the crown moulding themselves. I was highly impressed with the job they did and the fact the owner was willing to take the responsibility for his referral when there was problems

I highly recommend Wes from New Ceilings. He was very professional, responsive, and a man of his word. He provided status updates throughout the entire project. I was impressed with how detailed he was and treated my home as if it was his own. His crew removed all my popcorn ceilings, texturing and painting which is a difficult job. New ceilings removed our popcorn ceilings and textured all our downstairs rooms two years ago and it came out beautiful. He apologized, claimed "one of my guys misplaced my appointment book so I have been doing damage control. I do want the opportunity to work with you. I will make it up to you on the job"

After agreeing to a time Tuesday, he then asked me

Dale and his team at New Ceilings were AMAZING! After several calls to other companies, no shows - delays, etc. I reached out to Dale. He was very responsive and saved us a considerable amount of money. Due to a leak in my roof, a portion of my daughter's ceiling had fallen into her room (3x4ft size). The other companies stated that I needed to fix and texture the entire ceiling. Dale and his team came in, replaced the drywall and matched the texture so closely, that no one would even notice that it was patched.

I called for an estimate for some drywall repair and Wes came out the same day. My work schedule makes it VERY hard to schedule anything during the week and it's 4th of July weekend. It's hard to get people to work on a holiday (understandably). Wes came out first thing on Saturday morning and did the work himself! He's an awesome guy and did great a great job! This company was amazing. Dale came out and gave me a quote on the spot which was more than reasonable. Before he left my driveway he emailed me the written quote. I had a bunch of new drywall installed where I removed a lowered kitchen ceiling and where I removed walls. They also patched a bunch of holes in multiple walls and existing ceiling where I ran new electrical wiring and then they scraped a bunch of popcorn ceilings and textured a bunch of walls and did a knockdown ceiling texture. When Dale said they could do it in one day I thought that there is no way they could do it that fast

Last 2017, we had a chance to have them worked in removing our Popcorn ceiling and they did AWESOME!
This year, we wanted to have our kitchen remodeled but decided to raise the ceiling first before putting in new cabinets. I contacted them again and they gave me a very reasonable price for the work they put into it.
They strive for professionalism, works neatly and CUSTOMER SERVICE is amazing let me just say that! They will never leave your home dirty and their work is totally wonderful! I could talk nice things all day about them and am just happy they always do their job in a timely manner

I would highly recommend everyone avoid using this company. A year ago we hired New Ceiling to install and finish new drywall on the walls and ceiling in our guest room. New Ceilings was initially very responsive and professional. The process took three days. We did a walkthrough on the third day and the drywall looked great.

Great customer service and high quality work. I had them remove popcorn on my ceiling, replace with knockdown and paint. My ceilings had water stains from a leak and they look fabulous now. I am so pleased with the work New Ceilings did repairing the drywall that was damaged due to a lightning strike. From the initial estimate, to the actual work, they were on time, courteous and with such attention to detail. Stefan called in to make sure I was happy with the work that was in progress. This is a great team. We had a hole in our ceiling in a very visible area of our home. I had several quotes, all said it would be all but impossible and the only way to go is to redo the entire ceiling. With an open floor plan that meant kitchen, family room, hall way, dining room and entry way. Stefan's team came out to look at it and felt they could match the knock down texture where the difference would be minimal. Sure enough, they matched it so well unless you knew the hole was there before you wouldn't know there was a repair. This was important to me since we hope to sell
