They claim deep clean services is what they provide however they actually do the very minimum. Any work that requires a little extra strength they will not do. They expect payment in full for a half way job. Cleaners were very unprofessional! I will never do business with them again.

We had used Kathleen's Cleaning Service prior to the pandemic. This was our first time back. Kendall was prompt, professional, and intelligent. We had many little special concerns and she comprehended all of them immediately. We also had her clean our refrigerator (it had been a very long time since its was cleaned). She handled all this cleaning with ease.

I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but I had a very unprofessional experience. They were very responsive about scheduling, and very nice when cleaning my home, however I was told several times they would bill me and notify me of the charge prior to charging my credit card (since I didn’t know the total) and they did not. My card was charged without a bill or notification that I was promised, and they have been unresponsive. They have not responded to the numerous emails and voicemails I have kindly left the last 2.5 weeks. When the cleaners left I realized they forgot and several

We have been very happy with Kathleen's Cleaning Service. We have been using them regularly for about a year now. Every staff member from Kathleen's has been professional and friendly. During the pandemic, they have taken extra precautions in order to keep their staff and customers safe. Our most recent clean was done by Brenda - Brenda is always on time, friendly, and does a magnificent job cleaning our home! She cleans thoroughly and leaves the house smelling clean (without smelling like overly strong cleaner!).

Kim and Bronte do an amazing job cleaning the house. We have a lot of pets and a lot of pet hair and they leave the house spic and span. It smells clean and fresh. Both are friendly and always ask about our kids and pets. They always accommodate special requests.
