If there was anything lower than 1 star they would get that. Absolutely horrible customer service and they don't follow through. I left two messages before finally getting a callback. Once I got a callback the person that I spoke with told me they would contact me at the end of the week to schedule an estimate. Come Friday of that week I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them back. A new man that answered the phone said that he could not find my information or the message from the previous person I spoke with. The second man told me that he would come out to do the estimate later

These were dealt with quickly, easily and graciously. We now have a serene sanctuary that exceeded our expectations.
