Mr Ross came to our home today and inspected the house and told us we didn't need a treatment. He could have done an unnecessary treatment on the house and cost us a lot of money but instead he was honest and told us we didn't need it. We will 100% use his services in the future if the need arises. I sure appreciate an honest person like that.

Flying ants were our problem. Mr. Ross arrived and gave us a short lecture on the habits of ants. He inspected the area and sprayed. He stated that no more service was needed for the problem. It has been just a few days since his visit, and I have not seen an active ant.

Mr Ross was extremely professional and very polite. We are first time home buyers and just moved in we thought we may have a pest problem so we called for an inspection. Mr Ross said that we don't have anything to worry about but put traps out anyways and would follow up in a week. When I go to pay him he says I didn't do anything and he wouldn't take payment for his supplies. This is what you don't see these days with business's so I'm having him come do yearly pest control spray for general bugs. This company is family owned and truly shows.. thank you Mr Ross and I will make sure to share your

Jim is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He came over the same day I called him to help my husband and I identify a pest in our house. We were so impressed with how willing he was to help us. He is a wonderful guy. If you have a pest issue he is your man. He is very polite and thorough. He explained all steps that he would take. He also gave great insight and knowledge for prevention methods

We are very happy with the help we received from Ross Pest Management.We live in a hundred year old home with a stone foundation.We had a terrible mouse problem last Spring.He came and assessed the problem asked questions &made a plan.Once the mouse baits were in place, they were instantly GONE. I recommend them because they came on time&gave the promised results
