I called this store today to ask a question about swim spas. He first said condescendingly, “Wow, you have a lot of energy.” I do speak fast, so I told him that’s just the way I talk. But when I stopped to hear his advice, he said to me, “You just need to stop talking. Just stop. Talking. Stop talking!”
I can’t tell you how shocked I was. This entire phone conversation lasted exactly one minute, so I don’t believe I had been rambling on for so long to have wasted his time or annoyed him like this. But I literally hung up the phone with tears in my eyes.

My husband and I stopped by the office on a Friday to ask some questions, we were on the fence if we wanted a spa. We didn’t have an appointment but Nick was more than happy to answer our questions and show us the options. After meeting Nick we left the office and on our short ride down Market Street decided we needed a spa. We turned around and order our spa that day. After 7 long months of waiting, we received our spa and couldn’t be more thrilled. Nick gave us the spa care course and we were able to get our water to the ideal levels. The FROG system makes caring for our spa so easy.

Had a great experience purchasing my spa with Nick. I shopped around before finding Spa Warehouse and can say you won’t be disappointed if you decide to buy a spa here. Nick does a great job catering to your needs and is a true professional in his field. Everything from the purchase to delivery was just as promised not to mention he helps you set everything up making your purchase and experience top notch!

After looking into different companies & their reviews in Wilmington i called Nick. Within the hour Nick returned my call. Nick spent time educating us on the backlog of spas. During the conversation it was mentioned if we couldn’t purchase & have a spa delivered by Christmas, did he know of anyone that knew how to put together saunas.
We had purchased a sauna and was seeking someone to help put it together, Nick informed us he knew of someone he thought would be able to help and if they couldn't he would before Christmas. He called back when he said he would. He followed through, he personally

We were so lucky we found Spa Warehouse here in Wilmington. Shopping for a hot tub is not an easy task, so many brands and options to navigate! Nick made the process smooth and easy. He simplified the options to something easy for us to understand, and we were pleased with the Artesian hot tubs quality. From the time we walked in to the showroom we felt totally at ease with no sales tactics or gimmicks thrown at us, unlike some of the local competitors.
