I can't say enough about Comfort Pro! From start to finish we had nothing but top notch service. Rob and his crew are the best. They installed the A/C In my 96 year old mom's home. A few months after the installation I was up from the valley visiting her and the thermostat went haywire. It was a very hot day and I explained to Kristi that I had to get home but I didn't want to leave her there until I knew it was fixed.

They had a tech drop everything and get there right away. Naturally our AC went out during one of the hottest days of one of the hottest summers on record-I had used comfort pro to service my furnace a few years back and was impressed with their knowledge and quality of service. Our technician Martin came out the next day and spent a good 3 hours thoroughly inspecting and diagnosing our AC unit.

Naturally our AC went out during one of the hottest days of one of the hottest summers on record—I had used comfort pro to service my furnace a few years back and was impressed with their knowledge and quality of service. Our technician Martin came out the next day and spent a good 3 hours thoroughly inspecting and diagnosing our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Unfortunately we did have to order a pricey part to fix—comfort pro isn’t the cheapest but they provide great value in my opinion. Happy to pay a bit more for superior service—I will continue to use them

I called Comfort Pro Heating & Cooling because our mini-split was frozen. I left a message and my call was returned within 1 hour and though they were booked too far out, the Customer Service Representative had found an HVAC company that was accepting new customers and had appointments available. This was above and beyond, not only to call me back but to do research for me. I can't wait to use this company in the future. If this is how they treat their non-customers, I can only imagine the service they provide to existing customers!

Rob and his crew replaced my 2 zone heat pump. I had a bunch of questions and unique requirements, so Rob visited the house several times before I signed on. Jason did a complete thermal analysis of the house to ensure the design was correct. Martin and his team of installers went to extremes to keep the house clean and get the equipment installed with minimum inconvenience to us. They were very friendly, efficient and answered many more questions along the way. After the installation was complete, Rob and Martin came back to tune the airflow, adjust the registers and ensure the 3 stages were operating

Comfort Pro is our service provider for life! When our A/C went out in July 3 years ago, we were miserable and needed a whole new system installed immediately. Comfort Pro scheduled our install right away, and provided prompt, professional service. Recently, our compressor stopped kicking on, and the house heated up quickly. We called Comfort Pro, and Martin was able to come out at 10 AM the same day (called the night before). He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.
