We just finished our kitchen remodel project and couldn’t be more pleased with the cabinet work done by East Coast Kitchen & Bath.
From the very start, when we were gathering quotes from a number of local contractors, Dave Brock distinguished himself by accommodating our schedule for visits and discussions needed to get the project going. Throughout the process, Dave exhibited a thorough knowledge of kitchen remodels and provided a number of ideas and suggestions that we had never even considered; a pull-out trash cabinet next to the sink, glass-front top cabinets in the new section, and replacing many of the bottom cabinets with a set of drawers. In addition to eliminating a trash can in the kitchen and providing a nice showplace for some of our little treasures, the sets of drawers eliminated a lot of squatting and reaching to find stuff at the back of a cabinet. We can now fit most of our everyday pots & pans in a single bottom drawer!
The installer, Drew, was a consummate professional in every way. He accomplished the tear-out and install of the cabinets in three days (the countertops were installed later by a different contractor). Throughout that process, he asked for clarification whenever he was unsure or wanted to make last-minute suggestions. He was friendly, courteous and great to work with the entire time.
The bottom line is that Dave and his team gave us everything we asked for and more. For example, the shelf to cover the tops of the cabinets wasn’t just a thin sheet of plywood like I was thinking, but a fully finished ¾” shelf. It looks fantastic!

Mr Brock had installed cabinets in a bar area for me in November 2020. I love the way they look however, his installer, Eddie Pickett did not return to finish the job. After several attempts to contact Mr Brock via phone calls, texts and emails he did not respond. Mr Brock was aware that the project was unfinished and assured me that Eddie would complete it. I am still waiting to hear from either one. It has been 7 months. This is unacceptable customer service. I only hope that it never happens to any other customer.

The plan was very detailed and easy to follow and all aspects were completed in a timely manner. The demolition crew and the cabinet installers were quite professional, skilled and very concerned about our home and the cleanliness of the job. The counter top installers and template providers were equally as skilled and efficient. David Brock was a wonderful partner to work with and ensured that every step was completed timely and to our satisfaction.
