I called Royal Flush on a Saturday night at 6pm with an emergency septic issue. They answered the phone, and although they didn't install or service my system (I'm not even a customer of theirs) they took the time to listen to my issue and had me them text photos of issue to them. They then walked me through a solution over phone and texted pictures and explicit directions that allowed me to solve the issue for about $25 in parts from local home improvement store. Royal Flush went above and beyond for a non customer - I can't imagine how well they must treat actually customers.

I called and they took their time of how to run and care for my Aerator with my system. I hadn’t even purchased any service from them at this point. I can’t remember a company that Really cared or wanted to help out of concern without a dollar attached to it.
My experiences as a consistent homeowner has never offered me service like Royal Flush Septic. Would I recommend them? A thousand times “Yes” .. thank you once again Royal, Michelle Hankes from Waco Texas

Great service and quick response time. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful while troubleshooting my septic issues on an existing septic system. Incredibly helpful. I had a drainage backup and water overflowing on to our hardwoods. I called our septic service company that we pay an annual fee to and also have a maintenance contract with. They said they couldn’t help me as it was too late in the day. It was 3:45. I searched on the internet, found Royal Flush and talked to the owner (Rudy). I told Rudy my problem. Right away he told me he only sold and installed systems, but that he would help me any way he could.
