This company was very easy to work with. I called and they came right out and gave me a quote. They got all the approvals needed. They came they day they said they would to start taking down several large pine trees that were leaning towards my home. There crews were hard working and none stop. I definitely got my money's worth.
They were extremely careful in not damaging my lawn. When they were done they cleaned up everything and you would not have know they were there; except the sun now shines on my house.
110% recommend their service.

We had a pine tree that was over 100 feet tall just 5 feet from our house. It had a large canopy that was hanging directly over our roof. They did an amazing job removing the tree. The tree was removed with no harm to house. I highly recommend TreMasters and will use them again.

If you want the run-around this would be the place to go. The owner, Mike, cannot remember who he talks to, you’re told 2 1/2 weeks to do the job and then 3 1/2 weeks go by, you have to call them, and then he says you’re on the schedule for two days later, you call the next day to get a time (because you still have not heard from them without you calling) and then told something completely different (after two calls and an email).
Call someone who cares. He doesn’t.

Very unprofessional. They give you a good quote for tree removal but treat customer poorly. Since they are an established business they act like they don't need your service. Make you wait for days to return your call to set up a schedule. Was told " just wait for our call whenever we are available to set up a schedule" , 3 days and still haven't heard anything back from the owner. I gather pay someone more but care for customer.

Tree Masters did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. We had a dying pecan tree looming over our house. Every hurricane season, we worried endlessly that it would fall. Of the many companies we called, Tree Masters promptly returned calls and seemed eager to not only work with us but to do a quality job. They gave us a great deal, were respectful and communicative from start to finish, and most importantly, I could tell they care about what they do. Mike and Diane went above and beyond to work everything out. Because I live downtown, some permits and road closure was involved

Mike and Tree Masters have handled our tree maintenance several times but this recent service a few days ago was very unique.
During the initial inspection to give us recommendations and a quote for services, Mike motioned for me to come over to him in the rear corner of my backyard.
He pointed to a bare spot

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Tree Masters did such a great job on my trees. The crew was extremely professional and hard working. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and did it with precision and at a fair value. They cleaned up everything and left my property looking great. If you are looking for a tree trimming services, Tree Master is the best in Savannah!!!
