My family has been experiencing repeated break-ins and so we finally got a security system installed. 1st Alarm had the best competitive price in town and the best customizable service options available. Tony offers great customer service and is so wonderful to work with! He really spent the time to explain what our options are and carefully walked us through learning how to operate the system. 1st alarm did an amazing job with installing our alarm and cameras. They were very kind and considerate and were willing to work with our complex schedules. Tony LaPaglia was amazing, and even trimmed some tree branches that were in the view of one of our cameras. I highly recommend using 1st alarm; they took the time to explain everything and how it works and were told to reach out if we had any questions.
