I've never wrote a review on google before and I should apologize for not praising this company enough when they did our roof. We have had a few storms in the area since our roof was done and have had no issues, normal right? That's what I thought at the time until a few of our neighbors started having issues (leaks). There has been about 7 roofs on our street that all had insurance replacement roofs in the past year, out of those, 4 of them are not happy. From bad customer service, leaks, and not even able to get them to come back. That was not the case with EliteRoofers they actually called my

First, let me say that Nick T. is the reason that we chose Elite Roofers to re-roof the four structures on our property. Their bid was not the most expensive, nor the least expensive of the three bids we sought. Nick came out after work the same day I called to request a bid. Others were several days out. He spent more than an hour with me discussing what I wanted, what they had to offer, their certifications, and warranties, etc.
Nick is extremely personable, laid-back, responsive, and respectful. I cannot say enough good things about him! Jordan, he is an absolute asset to your company!

Struggling with a leaky roof through Texas's rainy season & these guys managed to get her done in-between deluges. Quality, full roof replacement in 1 day. A month out, I found a minor, virtually easily overlooked issue with a facia board & I showed a picture - it has apologized for & they are heading here, 30 miles (probably) North, to fix it, with all new products. That's freaking phenomenal & honestly, I'm not sure anyone else would've been so open to repair, without compensation. I'd give 6+ stars here if I could!

With incredible luck, I happened to have Elite Roofers in the neighborhood and I invited them to inspect my roof. I'm skeptical by nature, so I joined the representative on the roof and I was given the most in-depth discussion on the inspection process.
I was horrified of the condition of my roof. Rows and rows of shingles were loose, waiting to tear up at the very next wind storm.

Maya and the Elite Roofers team did an outstanding job from the first steps to completion. I had received wind and hail damage to my roof that resulted in interior damage in the house. I had already consulted my insurance company and they were less than cooperative. When I first got in touch with Maya, she explained how the process works and what she might be able to do to help. In short, she became my representative in the matter. She guided me through the process, spoke to the insurance company on my behalf, met on site with the claims adjuster, and was present for the full scope of the roof
