Bob of Bravo homes, along with Rodney Simon of Simco Construction BUILT our brand new home from the ground up. They delayed and then refused to complete our one year list, which is a contractural obligation. They both ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Bob smiles and is gregarious. Don’t fall for it. Both Bob and Rodney failed to meet their contractural obligations to my family, costing us well over $10,000 on floor repairs alone. They DID NOT FOLLOW hardwood floor installation guidelines- they didn’t even have the HVAC on to acclimate the hardwood to the subfloor prior to installation in our new home

We feel very blessed to have had the chance to work with Bob Cohen from Bravo Homes when building our new house. He exceeded our expectations in every way possible and made a potentially stressful project incredibly fun. Bob is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and he and everyone that works with him is unbelievably talented. Within a week, my husband and I counted Bob as a friend. By the time our home was complete, he felt like a close member of our family.

Our experience in purchasing a brand new home from Bravo Homes and then also having them complete the basement was about as pitch perfect as one could've hoped for. We found both the home office and the entire team of building professionals to be extremely conscientious, extraordinarily customer-care oriented, and very meticulous in every aspect of the construction process. They welcomed input and did everything in their power to make the whole basement project as unobtrusive as possible (while we were living in the home).
