I first met Larkin and his IKB team when they totally remodeled a condo that I owned in Marco Island. All the work was top-drawer, they opened up the floor plan, and they transformed and modernized the master bath by incorporating some of the space from master closet. I then hired them to do all the flooring (including travertine), tile work and cabinetry in the new 8,000 square ft home that I built in Marco upon retirement . The outcome was again exquisite and unique . All aspects of the work draw compliments from visitors , but especially the lanai wet-bar and the custom living room marble fireplace

Larkin is a great contractor and an amazing idea man. We brought him a simple sketch and he worked with us throughout the project to create an outstanding kitchen. Always available, always helpful, worked within our budget, and completed the project on time. The IKB team is a group of highly skilled, knowledgeable professionals. Quality workmanship throughout. We love our kitchen and highly recommend Larkin and IKB.

I can't say enough about how wonderful a company IKB is... Professional, knowledgeable, creative, attentive to customer, neat,...it goes on.

We couldn't be happier with IKB. They did a complete demo and remodel of our very dated condominium, and the results are fantastic. They took our ideas and improved upon them. We are delighted with our "new place."
oh...and by the way, they finished on-budget and in-time, despite Marco being whacked by a hurricane in the process.
Working with Larkin and IKB is among the best contractor experiences we've ever had.

Larkin and the guys at IKB are amazing!
I first met Larkin and the IKB crew when they were working in my building. They were polite, clean and well dressed and always working. No one was hanging out on their cell phones. They worked as a team.
I contacted Larkin about replacing a large wine fridge with a pantry. I had no idea the quality of his work or the large jobs he did because he treated my pantry as if I was doing a full remodel. I was so impressed with the time he took and completed my small job just as I had requested.
So when I knew I wanted to do a major remodel, Larkin was my choice

The people at IKB are outstanding in design and implementation. Larkin
is a gifted designer and has a talented group of craftsmen to carry out
his plans. They transformed two drab bathrooms into pleasurable spaces
