Very pleased with how John Winslow, the Service Manager, handled a miscommunication between technician, office staff and us regarding appropriate charges for maintenance vs. special service calls. Also, appreciate how respectful the onsite staff is when they service our A/C system.

Great company and great people! They have serviced my personal home, homes of my family as well as my rental units.They also replaced some units and I'm happy with the results. Their prices may not be the lowest, but they're not the highest either. I recommend the service agreement.

Came to our job site and made a huge mess! After the house was already cleaned. We had to go reclean everything!! Disrespectful and did work without drops. Insulation everywhere. After all work was complete dirty filters were put back into returns.. Would never use again.

Prior to purchase of our home we were told that the AC coils and ducts were "cleaned" due to black mold . As an environmental physician, I was quite concerned about this. Multiple calls have been made to the company, to see exactly what was used to clean the system. Each time, I have been told that a technician would call back. Almost a month of calling and no call backs. Receptionist also refused to let me speak with the owner of the company to get more information. I absolutely would never recommend a company with this lack of transparency or responsiveness and I have dealt with MANY HVAC companies

You definitely want to do so if you are looking at
Proquest!
After buying my house I found that the air conditioner s were installed by Proquest, so I thought it would be good to go with the company that put the air conditioners in right? Big mistake!
First of all it took me 2 monthes to get them to come out to my house for preventive maintenance. They sent a “technician “ that knows nothing about fixing
anything..... he only knows how to change the filters.
So tell me what happens when you have
