All weekly maintenance residential pool services are assigned 2 certified technicians. By utilizing 2 technicians, we can focus on both aspects of the service, which are physical cleaning and chemical analysis and administration. Pit Stop Pools came to our rescue after the freeze for a heater bypass so we could get pool up and running. Very friendly and quick service. I texted photos and videos to owners showing the need for their service. Received text updates regarding our appointment which needed to be rescheduled as that days jobs took longer than normal. No problem they arrived next day to get the job done.

Appreciate the responsiveness and follow through by Pit Stop. Cody and his wife Amy came out the next day when my pump motor died and replaced it 2 days later. Family run business with a person touch and found recommendations and cost to be reasonable and competitive. Will be calling again if a future issue arises and do recommend.

Cody and his assistant (cute daughter 😊) came the same day we called asking for help with our pool. We were having problems with our chemicals and algae for almost a month and couldn’t get it right. They showed up, tested the water and new exactly what to do! They added all the right chemicals and throughly scrubbed the pool. Our pool hasn’t looked this clear and sparky in a really long time! Thanks Pit Stop so much for easing our frustration and solving our pool problem!! BTW it still looks great 👍🏻

We recently switched to Pit Stop Pool for our monthly maintenance and are very pleased with their service! We had issues with our automated Pentair system, causing our pumps to run 24/7. Pit Stop Pool replaced our mother board along with the relays in no time. They showed up the very next morning and were quick to respond (we live in the Heights). They even went out of their way to continue to check-in with us to ensure everything was working properly. They are always prompt and professional.
