Unlike many traditional steam carpet-cleaners, the Zerorez cleaning process does not use soaps, harsh detergents, or shampoos to clean. Instead, we use a revolutionary cleaning process which includes a non-toxic, water-based cleaning agent as its cleaning fluid called Zr Water. This process cleans better than soap without leaving a sticky chemical residue behind.

Technician (Jordan) was very knowledge about this line of work. He did not pressure me to do upgrades just explained what the purpose of each one was. Did an excellent job as far as I can tell. Carpet is still drying. Based on results this far, I highly recommend this company!

Booking online i didn't fill out the item of where i heard about them ....an hour later i get a call telling me i MUST fill in that blank to book the appointment they booked someone else in that spot and would gladly help me finish as long as i provided where i heard about them....a ridiculous step....lost a customer ....sure they don't care since it is assumed i didn't want my scheduled appointment because of how i heard about them.....next company will get my 400$ or more ....

I called Zerorez for a last minute, same day appointment and they were able to have a technician come out a hour later. Kevin was my technician and he did an amazing job. He took his time, and was VERY thorough. My carpets look brand new. He explained everything he was doing and told me what he recommended when he got here. I will definitely be using this company again. I have tried other carpet cleaning services and have not received the quality work with them that I did with Zerorez.

Just had our carpets cleaned (we thought last Friday night 7/17/21). Our appointment was between 3 and 6 and he showed up at 5:30p (dinner time of course). We advised the tech what we wanted cleaned: a main room, living room, 2 bedrooms and a hall way. He charged us for 2 packages that covers 3 rooms at $129 each then upsold us on some sort of protectant. We told him that our carpets are only one year old he said the protectant on them was not that great and his would be better. We trusted his judgement.

I took a large area rug in for cleaning. They were very friendly and completed the job in less time that estimated. I thought there might be pet stains which would require additional cleaning and cost. Sean called me and told me that they had checked the rug and found no evidence so the additional cleaning would not be necessary. Very satisfied!

So grateful my hubby found Zerorez on Google. We made an appointment and was given an estimate based on what we shared. Kevin arrived before our scheduled time (yay, thanks Kevin!), explained the process, set expectations, and proceeded with a walk through of our home, room by room. Scheduling was easy, but we were asking for a date two weeks out. Maybe that helps. I called when the date got closer and was able to get the appointment moved up one time slot, which I was thankful for.
Kevin called prior to arrival and showed up on time (nearer to the early part of the appointment window which was a pleasant surprise.) Kevin was very friendly and professional. Care was taken to avoid damaging corners with the hose by using plastic guards.
The carpets came out great and overall the experience was a very positive one. I wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and ZeroRez.

I ended up renting a carpet cleaning machine at 9:00 pm and cleaning my carpets until 2:00 am then getting up and finishing the next morning. I had an appointment with them, at first they said 2:00 - 4:00 but I told them I had a 6:00 and I had to be out of my house by 5:40. I was told they would talk to the technician and see if he could be there closer to 2:00. I call at 3:20 and was told he was running late and it would be between 4:30 and 5:00 - Sorry he did not call but nothing we can do, this is one of the owners I'm talking

Huge thanks to Mike, the new owner of Zerorez, for coming out on short notice and helping us with our carpet emergency! Mike was friendly and professional and he was eager to help and really took time to answer all of our questions! Our carpets look amazing and I couldn't be more happy. After ZeroRez came out and cleaned my vacant rental several spots reappeared. The staff and Mike the owner reached out and sent a different crew to reapply the process to the area needing further cleaning.
A additional process was used and the carpets were much cleaner after the reapplicatiin.
I was skeptical the recleaning would work after all the spots reappeared after a couple days after the first cleaning. I was proven wrong and now very happy with the customer service and concern ZeroRez offered me. Excellent work. And Thanks!

I contacted Zerorez-Sacramento based on the referral I received from a friend. The new owner, Mike Rincon and his team of Rebecca and Joe were marvelous and provided superior service!!! Mike even called me while he was on his vacation visiting family.
I live in a very remote area about 1.5 hours from Zerorez. Most companies simply will not even consider coming to our home because of the distance.
