We had a pipe burst in our basement and the owner, Mike, was over within 20 minutes of my initial call. He assessed the damage and devised a plan for his crew to dry our basement out. Shortly after Mike walked through all of the steps to the repair process, his team was over with the equipment to dry out our basement. Thanks to their timely response and quick action we were able to save a lot of personal belongings that would’ve otherwise needed to be thrown out due to water damage. Austin and Mike were fantastic! Having 2 dogs (Husky, and a Doberman), we were concerned about their safety and were comfortable with after explaining their products are completely pet friendly. Of course after having several accidents on a year old carpet, the stains and dog hair completely gone. The rugs were dry in an hour +/- 15mins, again Austin and Mike knew their product and sure enough. Green Genie LLC, a company that has personable and knowledgeable employees! See you guys in 6mths!

We needed to have mold remediation completed in the house we were selling and the house we were buying. Green Genie and its employees are wonderful to deal with. The company kept us up to date with everything they were doing. They also cleaned our ducts in the new house. I really have no one to compare them to but they were a class act; soup to nuts.

I had some smoke damage in my home. Green Genie completely cleaned walls & floors and removed the smell. They were super-responsive, getting here quickly and when they said they would. After our sump pump died, we got just enough water in our basement to cause some mold. Green Genie came recommended to us by a trusted friend. The owner, Mike, came right out to our house the next day after I contacted him, to look at the mold and provide us with an estimate. I used this company to clean my carpets and ducts 4 yrs ago when I purchased my home. They did an excellent job. So, when it came time to remodel my attic and I found mold, I called them back. They did an excellent job and I was really impressed by the young crew they have that was very professional and respectful. Something you don't see in contractors and their staff these days. I really appreciate this type of service as I have been in the customer service industry for over 40 yrs.
