I've had two trees in my back yard that I've wanted to have removed. One was between the garage, power line, and fence, and the other was between the clothesline, power line, and the other side of the fence. Knowing no one in the tree business, I turned to Google reviews for help and found Hall Bunyan's. They had fantastic reviews for good work in tricky removals and so I sent them a message for a quote. Kevin responded promptly with a very reasonable price and he got me on the schedule to have the trees removed and the stumps ground. I thought it would take all day to remove both and clean up

Kevin and his team did an awesome job. Their rates are very good and beat two other businesses rates that neighbors suggested. They are quick, super efficient and take the stress out of having to trim or get rid of trees. In our case the tree had to come down or our insurance would drop us. They got us on the schedule in a very reasonable amount of time. 10/10 would recommend to everyone near La Crosse, Onalaska, Sparta, etc.

Busy time of the year so they were booked out a few weeks. Worth the wait! The two man crew showed up around 9am Monday morning and had carefully cut five 60'+ trees from the top down, performed trimming on a 6th tree, hauled all the brush and logs from my backyard, raked and were gone by 2pm. Very efficient and the yard was clean when they left. Had the stumps ground up the follow morning. Project complete! Reasonably priced for the work performed. Would recommend and hire again with confidence!

All around excellent experience. Kevin was great to work with from the first call to the completed job. He responded to my texts, he called me back to answer questions and was super fast on the job. Our tree was in a tight spot between the garage, a playhouse, trampoline and clothes line, they brought it down without damaging anything. They even got creative with the stumps we requested to keep for our kids to horse around on. Thanks again Hall Bunyan!

Great crew! Excellent service! Kevin was honest with us the entire time. We have A LOT of pine trees that line our yard, unfortunately they got diseased and had to be removed. We started with 11 trees and 15 stumps, the job was done in a day and a half! We will definitely be asking Hall Bunyan to come back to remove the rest of our pine trees when we are ready. Thanks Kevin!

Kevin and his crew were great!! They were cutting trees in my neighborhood and I went and got their business card and contacted Kevin. He came over that same day and gave me an estimate that day to cut down a tree in my yard. Kevin was very prompt in scheduling to get my tree down. The crew was very professional, courteous and hard working. They did an excellent job of getting the tree down, grinding the stump and also removing overgrown shrubs in front of my house. I am extremely happy to get the tree cut down so quickly and at such a reasonable price!! I would highly recommend Hall Bunyan Tree

After a super frustrating experience with "the other guy" - Kevin came in to save the day and finish the job! He came over to scope out the very tall dead tree to take down and the tiny area he would be working in, within a couple hours of me sending a message. He squeezed the job into his busy schedule within a couple of weeks because he knew I was sick of looking at it. I greatly appreciate his timeliness and is very trustworthy. He didn't ruin my yard or damage my property like "the other guy". I would highly recommend Hall Bunyan Tree Services!

Hall Bunyan's Tree Service is wonderful!! We had a very large and old Ash tree that needed to be removed. It was situated between two houses and needed careful planning as to how it could be safely taken down. Kevin and his team were rockstars! What a dedicated and knowledgeable team. At the end of the day, the tree was gone, the yard was picked up and we were completely satisfied with the outstanding service. Kevin is personable and reliable. We will definitely use him again!
