Our big glass sliding door wouldn't move at all and now I can open and close it with one finger. Thank you Greg. I had All Star Patio door repair 480-232-2605 install a new patio door/screen (which was custom made). They did a great job, on time and very Friendly family owned. They came on time. They were very polite and professional and had the new rollers installed in under 20 minutes. They told us everything else was OK with the doors which was a relief considering the cost of new doors. The doors work great. Should have done it a long time ago. Would highly recommend All Star Patio to anyone.

Great service. Sent in an email request and heard back the same day. Scheduled service call for two days later. Greg worked on two patio doors and replaced the old rollers. Quick and efficient and the doors work like they are new (they are 23 years old)!! Would recommend fixing rather than replacing as it is cost effective.

I called them to replace a custom sized screen door that wasn't working, I was very impressed with their quick response and service. They noted my sliding glass door wasn't running smoothly and offered to fix it on the spot. Jordan came today to install the door after about two weeks, not bad at all in today's supply chain environment. The door looks and works great!

I was able to get immediate response from them to schedule an estimate appointment. Jordan showed up on time, and was great at understanding what we were looking for. We were given an estimate and scheduled 2 weeks out for install, and was surprised that it was available 3 days early. Jordan was running ahead of schedule, and called to check if it was okay to show up early- of course it was! Installation of our new sliding patio door screen was done in just a few minutes, and he hauled away the old, wrecked screen. We LOVE being able to have the door open, and screen closed. They fixed our 20 year old patio door that we could barely open, and made it work like it's brand new again in less than an hour. Prior to working with All Star, another company quoted us over 7 GRAND to replace the door because they said it could NOT be fixed. They repaired our sliding back patio door and it works great now. They also removed the self-closing mechanism that was broken and making the door too heavy to close properly. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and get my on the calendar, called me when they were on the way, and the 2 guys that performed the repair were very friendly and professional. Greg came out to repair the track on a sliding glass door and a bid on solor screens. Did a great job on the repair and gave us the bid while he was here. The pricing was a great price and are looking forward to when we get them.

I can't speak highly enough about this company and their customer service. I had a broken patio glass door and called them to see if they also replaced glass and they didn't but they helped me point me in the right direction. Even before hiring them, they helped me out and recommended a few glass replacement companies that they've worked with in the past that they trusted. Moved into a new house, had original door/rollers on a 8'x4' glass patio door that was a huge struggle to open/close. Our sliding glass door had not been seating properly when we closed it. All Star was willing to come out to give us a quote at an inexpensive rate compared to his competitors. After checking it out, he was able to diagnose the issue and we went ahead and had him fix the door. He was in and out quickly, the door is working great, and was great to work with. We will definitely call him again if needed!
