We repair all brands of appliances washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, water heaters, garbage disposals, light plumbing, air conditioning and heating. I am an apartment owner and once in a while I need the service of an appliance repair specialist. Alex Cueto was referred to me by one of my contractors over 2 years ago.

He knows the importance of getting the job done in a timely manner to keep my tenants happy. He is very honest and his price is reasonable. He would only recommend a replacement if he is unable to do the repair and the cost to repair is a lot less than buying a new one.

We had Alex Ceurto from Roca Appliance Repair come to fix our 2 year old Bosch dishwasher. I told him what was going on and he quoted me a price over the phone and then proceeded to almost double it after the work was almost done. I understand things pop up when you're trying to fix something but I think he took advantage knowing I was a woman whose husband was currently in the hospital. There was nothing that had to be replaced just a pretty simple fix of stabilizing the dishwasher so it could drain properly. At the time he came I would do anything to get my dishwasher to work. He was great. Another repairman tried to sell me many unneeded parts and did not look at the wires under the refrigerator for the ice maker control.
Alexandro did no waste time and fixed the problem right away and his charge was very reasonable. He is very honest , trustworthy and has a very good attitude.. I am glad and lucky that I found him.
