I texted/emailed Crescent City Tree requesting an estimate.
A you man named Joe called and made an appt. When he arrived, I showed him exactly what I wanted done and the location of the trees. He texted me an estimate of $600.00, which was more than I expected but close to other estimates I had.
I texted Joe back that the price was acceptable and to please call me to set a date and time to meet the crew at my house.
Monday, 9-10-2022 at 9:14 am, Crescent City Tree called my cell phone. I couldn’t answer because I was at work with a client in front of me.
At 9:18 am, I received a text…”Hi

I had a Willow oak tree that had to be cut down after hurricane Ida. I am very pleased and impressed with Crescent City Tree. They were on time, very professional, efficient, very neat, respected my property and cleaned up. I will recommend them to friends looking for a tree company and will use them in the future. We had the best experience with the entire crew at Crescent City Trees. From the estimate all the way to the stump grinding everyone was so nice, very professional, and highly skilled. We were nervous with a tree so large and so much of it over our home but you can tell the Crescent City Trees crew loves what they do and were excited for the challenge. They even came to finish grinding the stump right after hurricane Ida hit. 10/10 would hire them again!

The people at Crescent City Tree—owners, office staff, tree trimmers—are a model of professionalism. They were quick to respond with a quote, answered all of my questions, and carried out the job within 24 hours. The owner and employees greeted me upon arrival and then proceeded to carefully and efficiently remove a 30-foot tree in my backyard. The site was cleared of all major debris and then blown to remove any chips and dust. I am seriously impressed with this company and will be quick to call them again when the need arises.

I picked Crescent City Tree because of their motto: Caring for trees is in our nature, and I’m so glad I found this gem of a company. The owner Chris personally helped me plan the work that needed to be done around my home, from raising an oak to shaping smaller trees. After Hurricane Zeta they helped remove large oak limbs from an enclosed patio. The crew was well equipped, worked with pride, and was totally courteous and helpful. The receptionist Joyce is great to do business with. I’m so very glad I found this company and know I will use their services for years to come.

My huge oak tree came out beautiful once the canopy was lifted and cut back. Chris was very accommodating and professional. The workers were very efficient and personable. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with Crescent City Tree and will definitely use their services in the future.

We have been using Chris’s company since last year on back yard residential properties here in Kenner. He has couple of decades of experience and there is no substitution for experience. His prices are reasonable, crew very professional and clean well after themselves and there is not a single issue we have to complain about. He also has some high end new equipment. I would strongly recommend Crescent City Tree.
