I have used this company before with great results but when I scheduled an appointment last week, it was canceled at the last minute on two different occasions. On the third try, they had it set for 10:00am. I get a call at 10:15am telling me they would be late and would be there closer to 12:00. Needless to say, they never showed or called. Not sure if they are under different ownership or the employees just don't care but we are forced to find another company...

I went online to find a good carpet cleaning service and I was surprised to find the service for such consistent five star reviews that it was almost too good to be true!. The online appointment sitting service is really a nice feature and I got a follow up call the next day and the technician actually showed up early!. So early & politely accommodating that we actually had him do our other homes carpet as well! 5 Stars!

I originally scheduled an appointment with them for 11am. The day of at 11am another carpet cleaning company contacts me and says they will be there between 11 and 1. That was a little confusing as we never knew of this other company. Corey at Pro-Fresh did not bother to relay that message that he contracts work out. Other company did a poor job and wanted to charge us $35 extra for deep scrub...? Even Corey at Pro-Fresh said that would not have been necessary with our berber carpet. I won't ever be calling anyone else to clean our carpets or upholstery after our wonderful experience with Pro Fresh N All! When I was making calls to see who could come and clean our sofa, which was vomited on, they were the first to be able to quickly come out and with a reasonable price too! Then, they called about an hour before they were scheduled to come to see if they could arrive early. Even better? Best yet is that they saved our sofa in 30 minutes flat. George was very nice, gave eta. He even called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier (which was great). They did an excellent job. Left the house smelling amazingly clean and fresh. They were quick too. Will definately recommend to friends and family. Also a great price for cleaning, pet odor remover and scotch guard.

I used Pro-Fresh N' All in late September to clean the upholstery on my sofa, loveseat, and sofa chair. I was satisfied with the service. When I called for an appointment they were able to get me in quickly and arrived on time. The only thing that stops me from giving them five stars is they had to comeback to re-clean a few spots that didn't come out in the first visit. Again, they were able to fit me in quickly and arrive on time; no hassle. After the second round, I the spots were gone. I recommend this company.

I was very exited about finding the Groupon for this company especially after reading the great reviews. I called to confirm the $38 rate for three rooms and mentioned I lived in a second story apartment. They said no problem, awesome!
Day of service I was called at 3:45 pm by the cleaner (appointment was at 4) and he said he was running late. He said he would be to my apartment by 6pm. At 6pm I receive another call saying he was still finishing up another carpet and would call when he was on his way. I received another call at 7:11pm saying he was finished and on his way. He arrived at 7:30pm

The service guy arrived an hour late, apparently there was some mix-up with scheduling. I'm not really surprised as there seemed to be a mix-up with everything.
I ordinarily wouldn't have minded so much if they were late if they had called. But I work, so I had taken my lunch break early to be there when they were supposed to arrive, and instead ended up taking a 2 hour lunch. Not good.
We worked through One-Gaurd home warranty, a base price of $69 was for 3 rooms, with any additional square footage to be provided at a discounted (but unspecified) rate.

Chris called 30 minutes out to confirm appt. time which I appreciated. Only have a couple of rooms & closets to clean and deodorize. Went to Angie's list which I'm a member but called directly because the specials offered covered several rooms more than what I had to clean. Corey, the owner of Pro Fresh And All was unprofessional and creepy and emptied the waste water from cleaning my carpets all over my driveway before he left.
I had paid for the 4 room and stairs package 2 weeks before, and he called me the day of my appointment and left me a voicemail frantically asked me to reschedule.
