We will provide pricing for your project once we get a chance to talk to you about your work. Most of our work is priced by the square foot, and we do have a minimum charge typically $4,500. Excellent quality of work and service. The job involved concrete and stone work and the team has done phenomenal. From beginning through execution and closure, CJ helped me understand extent of the work and offered multiple options. He was so through with scope, schedule and cost that there was not a moment of surprise throughout the project. The foreman and the team CJ assigned to the project were very professional, courteous and timely. Great leadership and amazing teamwork. I recommend them highly and without any reservations.

Its now 2021 and many years have put since I paid $13,000 for a absolute disaster if a pool patio project which literally fell apart within just 30 days of the job being finished. You can read all my other reviews ive left for CJ and his company.
Every year I post on many different social media sites to warn people to never use this company and provide pictures of what it looked like 30 days after work was done and what it looks like now. After getting a number of estimates, we contracted with Salzano to replace our old brick patio with a new flagstone patio on a concrete foundation. Their price was competitive, and their work was outstanding. After removing the old brick and leveling the ground, they poured the concrete foundation, making sure that the slope was away from our house. Then, a few days later, when the concrete had set, they cut and mortared in the flagstones.
CJ Salzano was our main point of contact, and he was always very responsive. The 2 crews that did the actual concrete and masonry work were very friendly

Salzano Custom Concrete excels in every aspect of their trade. They installed a beautiful front walkway and stoop at our home as well as a concrete patio and a slate paver patio. All of the concrete was stamped and stained and everything they did exceeds our expectations. The work crew was friendly and very professional throughout the 8 days of work. This was an extensive job that required a lot of planning and pre-coordination with CJ. We hired Salzano's to complete a backyard patio under our deck. CJ came and met with us a number of times and answered all of our questions. He was able to give us numerous ideas and suggestions and gave his recommendations for everything along the way. We decided on a patio the perimeter of the deck, along with a sitting wall, a planter behind the patio, river rocks and lighting. We were going back and forth on how best to redo the front walkway of our mid-priced home. CJ was easy to work with as we considered the pros and cons of stamped vs regular concrete. We decided on regular concrete and are very pleased with the results. CJ spent alot of time with us back and forth with email correspondence explaining various aspects of the work, designing the shape, and answering questions. He came by several times to inspect the work. Another reviewer said that he is an honest broker. We would agree.

Salzano Concrte built a beautiful 2-level stamped concrete patio under our new deck with a nice stone wall with 2 pilars and lighting, in September 2019. We are extremely pleased with the results and service. Expect to wait several months after getting on the waiting list before work begins because his crews are in such high demand. CJ Salzano is very nice to work with and provides a lot of helpful advice while working on the plans for your project. We are living overseas currently and renting out our home. We had water drainage issues and needed to have a patio poured under our deck...and we also wanted one! We started off by requesting estimates from 10 companies, as you can imagine the range of the estimates was a few thousand dollars difference. After narrowing it down to 3 companies, we asked numerous questions and sought ideas from the companies on shape, style and what to do with our existing wooden staircase from the porch. They were very easy to work with. We knew exactly what we wanted and they delivered. We had a Ashlar Slate pattern sidewalk and small patio area installed around our house. It looks awesome! We liked it so much that we decided to have them come back out and jack hammer our existing sidewalk on the front of our house and replace with a matching new walk. They come in high demand so get your name on the list! It took a few months to start but the wait was worth it. Very quality product.

We had a wonderful experience with Salzano Concrete! We were having a hard time deciding if we wanted to do our walkway in Flagstone or concrete. Salzano's stamped and stained concrete made our decision easier. They are the only company in the AREA that does such detailed staining (there was actually a women who comes and paints each "stone" she has a great eye for color and really adds the look/feel we were going for).

My wife and I researched several companies when we decided to have a patio built on the back of the house. We compared traditional flagstone patios and stamped concrete. We decided on stamped concrete based on photos on Salzano Custom Concrete's website. The work was beautiful and in most cases looked nearly indistinguishable from a traditional patio.

We hired Salzano Concrete to rip up the asphalt and put in a reinforced concrete driveway at our house in 2006, and I was VERY pleased with Mr. Salzano's professional service and reasonable price.
He made a deal with us and our next door neighbors. We both wanted to have our driveways done in concrete. By doing them both at the same time, we shared the cost of the demolition crew and haul away of the old driveway materials. They did a beautiful job on our driveway.
