Anchor Landscape and Property Services (ALPS) was founded by Perry H. Henderson in 2011 on the principle of providing phenomenal customer services as a Class-A General Contractor. Perry launched his own contracting business because he felt that he could offer a far superior level of service than the contracting firms with whom he worked.

Anchor specializes in James Hardie cement fiber siding and trim, CertainTeed Vinyl Siding as well as masonry and stone veneer. Most fiber cement products are made with the main ingredients of cellulose fibers, Portland cement, and sand.
Anchor Property Services has over 10 years' experience providing high-quality roof installation and roof repairs for residential and commercial clients. Our specialties include traditional asphalt shingles, standing seam metal roofing, TPO, slate, and composite available in a variety of color options.

Perry and his team did a great job. Very detail oriented in landscape, walls, installing artificial turf and flagstones. We have gotten many compliments on final results and our son has great place to play. They also did meticulous job replacing fence.

Perry is top notch; he and his team did a complete outdoor kitchen remodel, power wash and staining services for deck and sidewalks, post remodel and staining for our carport and front porch, and pool wall / pool deck power wash and touch up. Anchor did an absolutely outstanding job on our landscaping project, which included a new fence and lots of border/bed, flagstone, and gravel work. Perry was consultative and had some very creative ideas that really made a difference from our original thoughts. His communication was excellent. His crew worked hard, took great care of plants that needed to be moved, and cleaned everything up beautifully. We could not be happier with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience start to finish on a wide-ranging home renovation project with Anchor Property Services, (including flooring, wall refinishing and painting, electrical, attic build-out, and finishing a garage space into a workshop / home office.) Communication with the owner was thorough, continuous, and helpful throughout the process, from planning to post-job follow up. All work crews were great -- obviously highly skilled, and friendly and courteous to boot. We had a great experience with Anchor Property Services. The patio around the pool area of our new home was in need of a serious makeover. After getting 2 estimates, our pool company suggested that we speak to Perry at Anchor Property Services. Perry embraced the vision that we had for the project and even made several recommendations along the way to enhance the final product.
