My experience with these guys has been great! I went in to test drive a vehicle and ended up driving it off of the lot to take home not an hour later. Negotiations were realistic, short and simple. Even after having an issue with the battery connectivity a few days later they volunteered to repair the connection and replaced the faulty battery at no cost to me. These guys deserve your business, and they deserve your respect. Be willing to work with them and they WILL work with you. I've never had buying a car made so simple. Extremely unprofessional sales associate here. Called and was told a vehicle here was getting fixed and I could return for purchase on Monday. I called again midday Monday and was told vehicle was in shop. I returned to check back in in-person Monday afternoon and as I was pulling in the lot, that very vehicle was being purchased by someone else. The associate should’ve just said that it was no longer available when I called. Ridiculous.

My fiancé and I traveled all the way from MD to purchase a truck at this dealership. When we had a small problem while purchasing our vehicle, Herb was quick to help us find a nearby hotel and even drove us there and back to the dealership in the morning. We also love our new truck! 5 stars for excellent service and a quality vehicle!

I didn't feel the atmosphere in this place.
It felt uninviting to me as if they really don't wanna do business.
These are my opinion only but who knows.
I don't know if my race had to do with anything but I felt like things could've had a different outcome if I was white, that maybe I would've walked out of there or drove away in a car.
They only deal with cars they have your bank finance so they get paid and you deal with any issues the car will have.
That alone tells me they sale products that they can't commit to.

From the beginning, the purchase went smoother than all the other deals I received from any dealers on this specific vehicle. We knew exactly what we wanted and I happened to find this dealer in TN through Auto Trader. We live in Michigan and could not find the particular Honda Pilot any where nearby.
