When we decided to hire a pool company, everyone warned us that pool companies were notoriously slow and non responsive. Custom Watershapes proved them all wrong. Shaun and his crew were simply amazing. He listened to my idea and brought me a design that was perfect. No matter when we contacted Shaun with questions or for help, he responded immediately. Had an issue with a leak in the pool. The team over at custom water shapes identified the issue and had everything resolved within 3 days!!! This included ordering a valve and other parts. These guys are very friendly , professional, and good at what they do! Will always recommend for every pool need.

My pool pump died on Friday afternoon right before a holiday weekend. I called Custom Watershapes early Saturday morning and left a message explaining the situation. I received a call back within 20 minutes. They asked me for the information about my pump and motor which I sent to them. They determined they had the motor and seals in stock and were able to get out to my home the same day and repair the problem right away instead of having to wait until Tuesday or later in the week without an operational pool pump and filter. John helped my husband and I out after another pool company scammed us and ordered the wrong pool light for our new home. John came over right away to assess and was honest, and gave us a very fair price for a new pool light. He also replaced our salt water system. It was all done professionally and turned out beautiful! We were very happy.
