Another glowing review -- and satisfied customer. Initial response and estimate was fast, scheduling easy and convenient. My original request was for a keypad deadbolt installation, but I ended up needing a second lock installed and two locks re-keyed -- no problem. Friendly, gracious service. I'm sure I'll use Sutton again, and enthusiastically recommend them.

Need a locksmith? Look no further!! I was in need of a locksmith to come to my property on short notice and swap out the door locks. Jon got back to me immediately and was out at the house the next morning. His communication was elite, and he did an amazing, clean job and his prices were very reasonable. Jon at Sitton Locksmith is amazing! He came out and fixed our door knob/lock back in July. He was courteous and professional. We just used him for a second time today. Our door knob fell off due to some loose screws. I messaged him on Friday night, he responded right away and fixed our lock on Saturday morning.
HIs prices are reasonable and he is fast and efficient. If you ever have a problem with locks, Jon is your guy!

All FIVE stars were very well deserved, not only was the service professional and affordable Sitton went above and beyond because he cares. He cared that I was locked out of my car following an already stressful pediatrician appointment and squeezed me in between appointments (skipping his lunch). Messaged Jon with Sutton Locksmith. He promptly messaged back. He quoted getting the key fob, programming it and delivering it to my house for a very reasonable price. Jon quoted getting it done in 30 minutes to an hour. Well he got it done in about 20 minutes, maybe less.
I totally am going to recommend this young man to my friends, patients, and to anyone reading this.

I can not begin to express how incredibly grateful I am for this company, I called on a Saturday evening just after letting a staff member go and I knew changing my locks was my only option. I chose them for their 5 stars on Yelp and they deserve every one. John showed up in 20 minutes, was absolutely professional and extremely reasonably priced. My son recently was locked out of his condo. I contacted Jon at Sitton locksmiths. He responded quickly and was able to meet us within the hour. The door was opened in less than a minute and we were in. Jon also rekeyed the lock to match the deadbolt. I would 100% recommend this company. If I ever need a locksmith in the future, I will call them. Fast service, great price, and so easy to work with.
