Our project was not easy, required unanticipated work, including getting special approvals from the County, and they stuck with us through it all. The final result is better than we anticipated and we're beyond happy. We definitely recommend this local, family business.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Orlando Pool and Patio. The company installed a beautiful and sturdy pergola on my pool deck that connects to the roof of my house. Before the project I interviewed three companies. My decision to choose Orlando Pool and Patio was no duh because the other two companies, although offering cheaper alternatives, did not compare in professionalism or time spent in listening to what I wanted in a pergola.

OPaPbD designed and installed a screened aluminum pergola porch on existing slab attached to our house. They did an excellent job on the design and selection process, listened well and responded to our choices and concerns. They had problems with obtaining the permits and materials, what with the shutdowns and tribulations of 2020. We would have liked to have more regular contact during the waiting period. Once work started, the crew was very concerned and professional, cleaning up and being careful to close gates. Again, communication with management could have been better, as we were seldom kept

Eric and his team did a fantastic job on our back patio extension. Once we settled on a plan, they designed it and had all their paperwork in order for a smooth permitting process. Plan on 2-3 months for the overall process, but the end product was great. Any minor fixes afterwards were taken care of and have a great relationship moving forward for future projects. I would highly recommend them for your patio needs.

What a great experience! Eric and Janet are a delight to work with as not only do they go out of their ways to meet the customer's expectations but they delivered what they promised. I had a few companies that I was considering in getting a quote, but from day one they were kind and understanding and right away I knew that this was the company that would meet our needs. We made the mistake of trusting Eric Meyer from Orlando Pool and Patio by Design, because he said they are experts in pool decks and their guys did a ton of work for Disney. Not only that they did an awful job, they had to fix and redo it 3 times, delaying our entire pool project by 6 months. The result is still not satisfactory.
Their work was so unprofessional and sloppy that the entire pool tile was covered with dried up concrete.
Eric was so arrogant, lying and condescending and refused to come back to clean it so we had to hire a tile expert who spent an entire week cleaning and replacing
