I had an appt scheduled for an estimate with this company and they ghosted me. I only choose them because of the high number of google reviews and good score. Lesson learned you can't trust all the reviews on google.
The back story- I scheduled the appt the prior week. The day of, I called to confirm the appt and mentioned the wrong time. Rod called me back (sounding very frustrated) and said to my VM, the appt was supposed to be 30 min earlier, I made an exception to meet you at lunch time. I then called him back within 5 min of the his returned call and told him 11:30 was fine and I will be
