Superior Tile has done two jobs in our home and we are extremely happy with the quality of work as well as the professionalism of Russell Askew. We moved to Creston three years ago and began an extensive remodel job on our home. I was looking for someone to install decorator tile and backsplash in our kitchen when I saw Superior Tile truck at the carwash.

Update: After seeing this review, Superior Tile did try to work with me to try and address Issue #1 below. We were actually very close to getting Issue #1 resolved and I give them credit for trying to remedy the situation. However, Rachel, the Superior Tile manager, said the only way I would get my refund back is if I took down any traces of this review existing at all. It felt like she was trying to buy my silence with money. I didn't appreciate the attempt to manipulate how the store is perceived as I feel withholding this info from future consumers is not honest.

I was recommended to go to Superior for some tile because I just had heart breaks with the other ones from other places that I picked out. This place has a huge variety of tile, though there was a lot to pick from I would have liked to have seen some with a little bit more color differentiation. But again, they have a huge selection.The staff was very nice and very helpful and they helped me get what I wanted. I recommend them.

Customer service is Horrible, they promise you things and are unable to deliver the goods. check the other peoples notes and they are the same. Staff is rude. I hate this place and it was the worst thing to do buying anything from them . This is a mistake I will never make with them no matter what the price is. Do your self a favor and pay more with better reliable service. They are not worth it.

This store is fabulous! I went there to see if I could find cool tiles designs for my house. I got much more than i needed. They have so many styles and designs....Amazing. The staff was nice and helpful. They gave me great tips and suggestions to match the designs. I'm really happy I went to Superior Tile.

What a Great store! I'm a general contractor always looking for more sources of material for my projects. A friend of mine told me to go check it out and I was really overwhelmed by the endless possibilities of products that I could mix and match for my projects. I met with Tony the owner there and he was really helpful and took the time to really give me information about what i needed. I'm really happy that i found this place. Taking a few minutes to thank Tony from Superior Tile for the great services he provided me with. I was looking for tile for my bathroom and I saw the store while driving down Laurel Canyon. I decided to go take a look and found a gem of a store. I was greeted by Tony who right away made me feel at ease and gave me advice on what materials I should use. They have so many designs and shapes that I could basically make my bathroom look anyway I wanted. I ended up getting what I needed and more. I am definitely coming back here for my kitchen soon. I needed to have my bathroom remodeled and my friend told me to give a try to this store so i could see all the options they can offer as far as material and design. I went there and was greeted by Tony. He gave me a tour and helped me by showing me all kinds of design combinations. The price were really fair and I liked the experience of being there. Get ready to get your mind blown. This store rocks!
