Vince at Best Defense Pool Enclosures was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was able to give a very accurate quote from mapping via google earth and was very professional when he came on-site for the installation. He explained our options in detail and ensured the pool fence met all of our needs for the safety of our children and for access. My wife and I just moved into a new home that has a huge pool. We have a 1yr old and 8yr old but wanted and needed to take extra safety precautions; to not only protect our children but any of their friends that may come over. Our grandchildrens safety is of the utmost importance to us. Vince and his son made this an easy decision and we are glad we chose them. Very professional and dependable. I had an 18 inch mesh pet fence installed around my pool. I was so very pleased with Best Defense Pool Enclosures. The owner Vince was wonderful to work with. Everything was like clockwork. He arrived on time and did a great job. I can now rest easy when I let my 3 little old rescues outside. I love the fence. It looks very attractive and I sure picked the right company to deal with.

Vince was very responsive and patient. He took time to explain and answer all of our questions. He was patient as I tried to take it down and put the fence up myself to ensure I could do it. Vince finished installing our pool fence today and it looks great. There is great visibility through the fence and the self closing door is very easy to operate. Vince came out very promptly after I submitted a request for info online, brought samples and thoroughly explained all the options and how the install would work. From the first call I made Vince was very professional and informative. When he came to my house to measure and give me a quote for the safety fence around my pool he brought samples of the fence and explained the process in detail. After the installation Vince showed me how to work the fence and gave me a packet with all of the instructions, tips and warranties.
