They were very communicative and let us know every step of the way. I live in Michigan and they were replacing a slider at my condo in Florida. I came in town the week of the install and when the installers arrived, they reported that the track arrrived damaged.......they went and (thankfully) had a replacement at the office so the install was delayed a few hours but the installers worked until 7:30 pm to make sure the job got done correctly without any issues. Much appreciated!

Karoly and his employees have been amazing, today they installed our beautiful front doors, and we couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, and attention to every detail during installation. They caulked every trim piece, and hole. We have our windows and back doors also being installed by karoly and his team, were waiting on the manufacturers, and I'm sure it will be just as great of an installation. My wife and i highly recommend karoly and his team, you won't be disappointed with his services or product.

We used Karoly because of the great reviews. The were professional and on time from the initial measurements, to ordering the windows, keeping us informed on installation date, the pandemic delay from manufacturer keeping us informed, installation went smooth, and they scheduled inspection for the next day. Inspection was great and signed off right away since it was a quality install. I’ve flipped homes before and very impressed with Karoly. We live in Los Angeles and we were able to plan flights back because they were on time with the install.

I am a repeat customer. I used Karoly in 2013 to install (5) 9ft PGT sliding doors & 5 Simonton windows. Because of his proficiency, attention to detail, and astute knowledge pertaining to installations (everything fit perfectly the first time!) I referred to him as the "Einstein" of door and window installers in that review. This time I used Karoly to install an entry door. Everyone who works for him is trained under his watchful eye until he is confident they can do installs to his satisfaction, which is true perfection. I was extremely pleased with the hurricane window installation work done by Karoly from start to finish. The owner came to my home to take measurements and answer all of my questions. I also had occasion to visit the company's office, which was very modern and professional. The staff kept me fully-informed throughout the process and was always available to answer my questions. On installation day, the installers were prompt, did excellent, very professional work, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly-recommend Karoly Windows and Doors; you will not be disappointed!

Karoly Windows and Doors did a Great Job! I could not be more Pleased with the Windows, and the Installers Work! Windows look Great, and the Installers were Punctual, Neat, Courteous, as well as Professional. They even covered the Floors and Furniture in my home to Protect Everything from dust. I liked them so much, I ordered Pizza for Lunch for everyone. Even the Office Staff is Pleasant and Easy to Work with! I had three estimates from other companies before choosing them. I am extremely happy with the services. The experience was simple Karoly the owner came out did the measurements. I worked with the office regarding scheduling. The office was responsive. The installer crew took care of my house and covered everything. The clean up was spotless. The building inspector said installation exceeded the requirments. Had a great experience with Karoly. He was recommended by a co-worker. I ordered right before all the fun started with Corona virus. The order was delayed by a couple weeks due to the stay at home orders. The office ladies kept me in the loop and were always helpful. The actual installation was highly efficient. I had 19 windows and 3 doors replaced and they were complete with the work in exactly 2 days. The workers were extremely professional, did a great job on the install, and cleaned any mess that they made which was very little. The windows look great ( I got the Simonton Stormbreaker) and
