Spanjers Homes is one of the most renowned builders in Northern Colorado, and for good reason. My husband and I have hired the Spanjers to build two houses for us over the past 25 years. Twenty five years ago their company was staffed with fewer people, but they have retained their very friendly, family-oriented business environment. And from the clients perspective, being at ease while working with your builder is very important. Building a home is not only the most expensive adventure you will undertake, but also a very daunting process, and you will be working very closely with your contractor

Working with Spanjer Homes was an amazing experience! Everyone at Spanjer was kind, understanding, patient, listened well, and provided excellent feedback based on their expertise. They were always very flexible with scheduling meetings throughout the entire process. They provided us with the tools and information we needed to make the best choices for our family's home. It was apparent that their priority was that our home was perfect for us. Throughout the process they became friends. The best construction Company in Northern Colorado. We've had a great experience with Spanjer Homes while building our beautiful home in Fort Collins, Colorado. They have been consistently respectful, flexible and understanding of our requirements during the construction process. The onsite teams/subcontractors were excellent and the quality of the workmanship is of a very high standard.
Barb, Steve, Dana and Tom worked with us as a team throughout the construction process, doing their best to minimise disruption.

We couldn't be more pleased with the home the Spanjer team built for us. The quality is exceptional. Just as important is the experience we had with the Spanjers while building our home. We were treated with upmost respect and as much more than just another customer. The staff responded quickly and genuinely to any questions or concerns we had. They truly wanted us to be totally happy with our new home. The Spanjers are completely fair and honest in their dealings with their clients and exceptionally helpful throughout the process. We ended up with a beautiful new home and some wonderful new friends

We have financed multiple residential construction projects where Spanjer Homes was the general contractor. They are a very thorough and well run business. All of the projects were completed on-time and within budget. Our customers have been very satisfied with the process and the end product. In 15 years of community banking and construction financing, Spanjer Homes is one of the best residential contractors I have worked with.
