I am so thankful we found AK Appliance Repair! Agassi was able to come quickly to repair our washing machine. He was on time and very knowledgeable about my machine and diagnosed the problem quickly which we had not been able to figure out on our own. He didn’t have the part we needed so he left to purchase and was back to our house in 20 minutes, not an hour or more as we’ve experienced with some appliance repairs. . My LG washing machine would not drain the water out of the tub. I contacted AK Appliance and got an appointment right away. Originally, it was thought to be the water pump and the repair man knew where to get a replacement part. Agazi, the repairman, brought the part with him to the service call, installed it and it was working when he left. Shortly thereafter it quit working. I called and he said that it must be the mother board. He knew exactly where to get one and arrived the next day and installed it. No waiting on parts. He also reinstalled my old water pump and took the new one out and deducted

I called on a Saturday because my Kenmore Elite stopped cooling. Agazi was very responsive and came within 1-2 hours. He efficiently diagnosed the unit and determined that the LG compressor was the problem. Unfortunately he isn't authorized to replace LG compressors. I was grateful for his honesty and his knowledge of this particular fridge and how these compressor problems were common after a few years. He has great integrity and was more than fair - did not charge me for the service call since he couldn't fix it. I will definitely be calling keeping him in mind and recommending

Our LG refrigerator stopped cooling Friday after we bought $400 worth of food for the upcoming coronavirus school closure. We called AK Appliance repair and Agazi showed up within an hour, diagnosed the issue with the compressor and connected me with someone who could help right away. The other person was abke to come and replace the compressor the same day. Afterwards, Agazi came back to check up on how we are doing and make sure all is well. We really appreciate all the good work, dedication and professionalism especially during coronavirus times.

They came to "repair" my GE dishwasher. Charged me for a diagnosis and recommended a new fan - which they came and installed a couple of weeks later. HOWEVER - it didn't fix the problem and now they won't respond me any longer. Unless you like flushing $400 down the drain, I'd try someone more reputable.

Recently I used AK Appliance repair on two separate occasions for a broken washing machine and leaking ice maker. The technician was on time for both appointments and charged a fair price to fix both. The ice maker was just a service call charge. The seal on the ice maker did come off after it was fixed but the technician was immediately back out free of charge to fix it again and put a better seal on the back of the fridge. I highly recommend using this company for minor appliance repair. The technician was professional, courteous and prompt.

I have worked with AK Appliance repair several times for different issues now and they have always been very responsive, fixed everything and did so at a very reasonable price. My dishwasher currently went on the fritz and it took a few visits to find out what is wrong, get the right parts and get it fixed. They always called or texted to keep me up to date on the status, gave me options and charged what I felt to be a reasonable fee. I highly recommend AK Appliance Repair. They also have many excellent reviews on Angie's List, which is how I found them.

Our dryer broke and we called AK appliance repair to fix the problem. One of their technicians came out to fix the problem. He fixed the dryer and it started working while he was there. All was well until we went to run our first load of clothes through the dryer. The dryer cut out shortly after starting the load.
We tried to call them again to get them to come out and look at the dryer again. This is where the problem starts. When we would call them the phone would go straight to voicemail. Then when we left a voicemail they were never returned. We sent e-mails to them and none were returned
