I called Independent Garage Doors Inc. because I had a broken spring on my garage door. I was given a quote over the phone and an appointment time. The technicians showed up on time with all of the tools and parts needed to fix my door. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes! They never tried to up-sell or convince my to buy parts or services that I didn't need. The final cost matched the quote. Ernesto and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable. I will call IGD first for any future garage door needs.

John was very personable and able to give me ballpark pricing over the phone. He was able to come out the next day to give an exact qoute. Next week I had a new door and opener! After reading the reviews I gave John a call. He did not disappoint. We discussed what are options were and picked the best product for us. He was able to get us on his schedule when we wanted him. He showed up when he said he would. He told us how long it would take and he nailed it. Cleaned up, couldn't tell he was ever there. The price was exactly what he said it would be. Outstanding job. Will recommend and will use him again.

Owner John was very pleasant and professional. He was able to get our new garage door installed within one day of original contact. He showed up on-time and finished in the amount of time he had told us. He answered questions and did a great job explaining the features of the opener we decided to purchase. He even helped us link the opener to our home wi-fi and our car’s built-in remote system. It was a great experience for us. We would recommend this company for any garage door-related issues.👍👍

Great installation, best price out of three bids. We got the door with windows for the price others wanted for a plain door. The team showed up on time and had completed the job in 3 hours. The guys were good natured and did a professional job. My husband is a retired union carpenter and he said the door opening is not square and not plumb. Because of that the job was challenging and he said they did a really good job. Kudos from my husband are earned and he is happy. Highly recommend

We used Independent garage doors a few years ago to replace a neighbor’s door that our friend accidentally drove into so we called him today when our own garage door wasn’t closing. Instead of us having to wait a few days until he could come out to our house, he talked my husband through on how to resolve the issue today since it sounded like a simple fix. After the door was fixed, my husband offered to send him money on Venmo, but he told my husband not to worry about it. It’s rare to come across customer service like this and we will definitely use him again and refer any friends and family
