Aqua Bath's experience allows us the flexibility to change the location of the drain, seat or soap dish and to customize the width and depth of the unit to fit a specified area. Our state-of-the-art shower provides for comfortable bathing. Larger showers will accommodate a wheelchair or shower chair.
Improper installation or alteration of unit and/or installation of additives can affect the integrity of the unit and will void the Aqua Bath Warranty. The Aqua Bath Company, Inc., warrants to the original purchaser only that its tub/shower units are free from factory defects in material and workmanship.
The ADA is a federal civil rights law. At Aqua Bath we have carefully studied Section 4: Accessible Elements and Spaces: Scope and Technical Requirements, of the ADA which pertains to the design of a tub/shower unit. Aqua Bath units are designed and manufactured to meet these specifications. The ADA is very specific about the curb/threshold requirements for a barrier-free shower unit in 4.21.7.
The following is a list of our most requested units. However, Aqua Bath is prepared to custom manufacture tub and shower units to meet your project's design specifications. Aqua Bath fully supports the Buy American Compliancy Act and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) USC section 1605.
