I called several companies to rent a 20 yard bin because I’m selling my house. I found Jill at Atrackout. Atrackout by far beats ANY price in Las Vegas. Jill is awesome and really friendly, what a wonderful experience with Jill and this company, Also Randy from Hawaii delivered the bin, he was awesome too. Also they rent their bin out for two weeks which is a week+ longer than other companies, so I felt I got the bin for 50% off having it for 2 weeks. Call them today you will be happy you did !!!! I just recently moved to Las Vegas and also moved my real estate/home renovation business. When they came to pick up a dumpster from my home, the driver drove away and dumped the dumpster , damaging it. They have my credit card on file and I spotted an odd amount from them on my statement. I called and asked Jill for a copy of the invoice for the odd amount, she said she would never charge us for anything other than the dumpster rental. She said she would send it but she never did. I called again a month later and still Jill did not send a copy. I had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Guess they thought I would drop it. They were trying to charge me for the damage.

My gardener ordered a large dumpster on Monday and filled it. He called for pick up late Monday. He called again Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. They have still not picked up. I called Them on Wednesday and Thursday. Now they won't answer the phone or return calls. The dumpster is in front of my neighbors house, in the street. It is a traffic hazard. Do not use these people. They have horrible customer service. They just don't care.

The price was good, but the service just ok. I received the dumpster in a timely manner, but when it came time to have it picked up, I have had a hard time getting a hold of someone. No voice mail, no answering service over the weekend. I was told that when it was full to simply call and they would have it picked up. It has now been full for two days and I can't get ahold of anyone in their office to come get it.
