Hired Dave to change a faucet and fix a ceiling after a leak from the kitchen sink on upper level. Installed faucet went well, but he left the ceiling looking like it has a bigger leak than originally found. He didnt bother to sand or texture the ceiling just slapped on paint and puddy something we could've done ourselves. Called him to have him fix it, he said he would, made several appointments and never showed or called. He just quit answering the phone. Beware!

We had asked help is finish a deck and the weather wasn't good for it anymore. We understood that we would have to wait for good weather for the finishing. What was unacceptable to me is that I had asked if he could at least put our rails back up so our deck was safe and functional until better weather and he agreed. In 6 weeks he put up about half if it, and what he did put up is incredibly wobbly. After a few weeks I asked him how much longer he thought for the rails, and he said 2-3 weeks. It seemed like a long time for a couple hour job, but I waited 3 weeks and still nothing so we asked for

Dave and team did an outstanding job on my mother's bathroom repairs and renovation. They were responsive, timely, professional and very easy to work with. They take great pride in what they do and get the job done. It's not always easy to find reliable contractors these days but I would highly recommend Colorado Springs Handyman!

Dave and his team have done a lot of amazing work for us in a short period of time. He did a complete gut and remodel of our master bath, remodel of our powder room, and install of additional cabinets and electric in our kitchen. All of the work has exceeded our expectations! Dave is very easy to work with, does great work, and his pricing is very reasonable. We are already lining him up to do some carpentry work to redesign the shelving and mantel around our fireplace. There truly isn't anything Dave cannot do!

Me and my wife were stuck trying to find a contractor to replace the vinyl on our house after the august hail storm. Most companies that we called either came out for an estimate and never replied back or just ignored us from the get go. But Brown was different, after scheduling a free estimate, he stayed in constant contact making sure that I knew what was going on with insurance and scheduling for the replacement. I have to say he and his crew definitely do quality work. I now love how my house looks and I will absolutely use him in the future for more projects.

I contacted them to remodel my kitchen, the lady I talked to to set up the estimate was so friendly and personable. Dave, the owner, came out did the estimate(that was one of the better prices I found around town) and was one of the guys who did the actual work too. Him and his crew were very professional and got the work done promptly! I am so happy with my new kitchen, I can't wait to have everyone over to see!!!

Most of my experiences have been with contractors showing up late, not listening to my needs and concerns and just trying to make a quick buck. Not the experience I received from C.S.H. Work was done right the first time and pricing more than reasonable. Highly recommended if your down in the Springs!

Was referred to these guys from a friend and decided to go with th for my bathroom update. Between them being the lowest bid and their customer service I was already pretty happy. After they finished my bathroom I am extremely happy. Dave and his workers did a great job, my bathroom doesn't look like its from the 60's anymore. The craftsmanship and customer service is the best in town hands down, in would highly recommend them to anyone!

Would not recommend this contractor. He performed two projects on our home in 2017. While the final product is nice the customer experience was awful. Project extended over way too many weeks with inconsistent and short work hours, poor responsiveness, and ultimately installed a broken bay window that he promised he has ordered the replacement to be here in a week. After he got paid he no longer responded to repeated attempts at contacting him via text, call, Facebook, etc both to him and to his office. Totally MIA after being paid which left us with a broken bay window, and now the other side
