Had great service with the owner John. First time owning a home with a basement. He did a detailed inspection of the carpet and provided a fair estimate. Very happy with the results as John was able to get all the stains out of the carpet and the basement smells fresh.
John called 15 minutes before the previously scheduled appointment and showed up right on time. Polite and professional. I look forward to using his company again the next time we need our carpets cleaned. After researching countless companies in the DVM, we picked the right one.

The Mean Green Carpet Clean cleaned my beige rugs right before Christmas. My carpet is old and hadn't been cleaned for many years. They did a fantastic job. They restored the carpet to it's texture and color. The high traffic parts were indistinguishable from the rest of the carpet.

I had a horrible mess on the rugs in my two bedrooms from my dog being very sick. It happened late on a Friday and I wasn't able to call anyone to clean it until Monday - so it was a couple of days. Vaughan and Tim showed up on Tuesday and explained that they would do their best but couldn't guarantee that it would be perfect or "good as new" due to the time that had passed and also I had tried to treat the rugs myself and used the wrong cleaner. They were very accommodating in fitting me into the schedule the day after I emailed. Carpets look much better; very happy overall and would definitely recommend their service.

My house looks, feels and smells great after a Mean Green Carpet Clean. I particularly like how much better the colors in my upholstered furniture looks. I've also had a foam mattress deep cleaned after it was hard to get the musky perfume smell out of the room after a guest stayted for several weeks. One time I mistook a stain on a pillow for something that might have been regurgitated via grey water while they cleaned. I was so wrong about that. A guest had spilled wine on the pillow and had not fessed up. The staff was very polite in pointing out the misunderstanding on my part.

I almost cannot describe how pleased I am with the carpet cleaning I got today. We bought the wrong litter brand for our cats and they retaliated with a vengeance. The deep cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing was effective and quick and all of the stains in the carpet were removed! That no harsh chemicals were used is definitely a bonus as I have both children and pets.

He was very thorough in explaining each option that I had (Regular/Deep Clean/Super Blasting Magic Clean). He didn't try to upsell me any products that I didn't need though. Went with the Deep Clean and everything looks and smells amazing.
Took about an hour with 2 floors and some stairs in my townhouse.
Would definitely use again in the future.
