Our building contracts through them for DirecTV and it's sub-par at best (apparently DirecTV does this for any multi-unit dwelling). On two separate occasions, within the 15 months we've been at our apartment, the cable has went out for 3+ days before anyone can address the issue. DirecTV is considerate and will credit you for the downtime, but it's more of an inconvenience that you can't have someone available to troubleshoot on weekends.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. They had to come out twice to set up Direct TV and charged $95 each time when the second time they clearly could have told me it was an issue with my account and to simply call Direct TV. Instead they send a tech out and charge me $95 for a five minute phone call I could have made myself. AVOID MULTI COM!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!

The staff is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met. Karen was wonderful and answered all of my questions completely. She made it easy for me when I was moving into a new condominium and, even while I was out of state, accomodated me completely. Highly recommend!
