We had Richard for way too long. He charged us for parts, which we expected, but all parts were $100, and then we found out they were way less. We were paying him monthly for "unexpected" labor charges when they came up, but he was making it up in the up charge on the parts, so in essence he was double dipping. I don't think he ever cleaned the jacuzzi, because, I went out several times to look at it after he had been there and there was dirt and leaves in the bottom of the jacuzzi.
