White Rock Tree Wizards helped prune some old large trees that were growing against our house as well as some smaller ones that were partially dead from the winter freeze. They also as removed a small dead tree and another small tree that was growing directly under and into power lines. From the initial estimate to the actual service day they were always prompt, responsive, and on-time. The actual work performed was excellent, fast and of extra benefit they helped schedule us out in advance on a bulk pick-up week so we didn't have to pay for haul off. 5 stars and would absolutely use again.

We have used White Rock Tree Wizards for years. They are quick, efficient, professional and over-deliver with all aspects of their service. They are an automatic 5-star experience. (You can't tell from this picture, but this GIANT Hackberry was about to fall into the side of our house. At the very back, they took out an Elm tree that was dying. It was leaning over our all-glass greenhouse. No breaks, no damage, all clean after they left. Simply #1 service and expertise.)

My wife and I are building a pool in the backyard and we needed a tree removed before the excavation started. The contractor had his own guy, but he never showed up. So I called Jim Chase from White Rock and asked for a rush service. They did a fantastic job.
I've reviewed these guys before, and it's good to find out that they've kept up their good work. They sent a super courteous crew. They knocked down the tree, chopped it up and hauled it away in less than 2 hours. Then they trimmed another tree, all for less than the contractor's guy had budgeted for just one tree.

Hired White Rock Tree Wizards on 1/19/18 to take down a large branch on a tree in our backyard that had started sagging.
They came out and appraised it for free and were able to get the job done the very next day. The price was VERY reasonable. I had expected the job to be a couple of hundred dollars more than they appraised it at so I was pleasantly surprised. Marvin and Dustin were polite, professional and made the entire process easy.
I 100% recommend using these guys if you need tree work done in Lake Highlands.

Excellent service! They just left a few minutes ago! They arrived exactly when they said they would, and were done removing three weather-split tree limbs in under 30 minutes. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The limbs were hanging directly above my grandmothers power lines, so we wanted them removed as soon, and carefully, as possible. They did an amazing job, they put my 83 year old grandmother at ease and kept the power lines safe. I highly recommend this company and its crew!
