These guys were absolutely terrific. I’d had a v bad experience with someone soft washing my roof last year (some shady chucklehead who killed all my plants and a tree next to the house after swearing this would not happen) so I was extremely careful and asked *a lot* of questions when deciding to book. Courteous, trustworthy, reasonable in their pricing professionals who also took COVID precautions seriously. Can’t say enough good things about their service. Highly recommended.

Landon has been to our home several times to clean out the gutters and repair or replace all of our window screens. We have always been happy with his work. Express mobile softwashed my roof and home..cleaned my windows and also rescreened all of my old window screens. The owner Landen is extremely hard worker, professional and did a great job and gave me a break on price for getting a few services at once. Really recommend express over all others, and I’ve gone through a bunch.

First off, I’m very picky!!!! I know good workers when I see them, and Landon from Express is a fine hard worker, along with his crew, very fine people.
We have hard wood floors and French windows throughout. We needed the floors old wax removed, floors cleaned and rewaxed, also needed all of our windows cleaned. Landon gave us a great price and even greater service. The floors turned out fantastic, nice and clean and shiny! The windows look better than they have in years!
We were very happy with the flooring products used, they use the best, none of the horrible box store products like zep

Express did a great job on our homes windows. In the past we used a company called fish but decided to give a new company a try. Very happy we did! Express was similar in price but did a much better job. We were very surprised at their quality of work and tools. My husband is now on board and very welcoming to this company. We both highly recommend Express!

I found this company when searching for a window cleaner for my home on line. After calling to seek an estimate, I had the privilege of meeting the owner, who personally came out to inspect my windows and write up an estimate. I was very happy with the expertise, he was very knowledgeable and he didn’t try to up sell me. He simply wrote an estimate for window cleaning, thanked me for reaching out and put zero pressure on me to schedule with them.
Shortly before they were scheduled to clean my windows, I realized that they also clean gutters. I contacted Landon to inquire, he was very informative

I don’t usually post reviews on labor businesses, normally just food joints, but my wife wanted me to post about this window cleaner.
Arrived as scheduled, very nice and polite, professional, in uniform with all the equipment necessary to service our big home....was able to answer all of our questions intelligently without hesitation....seemed like an honest guy running a good window cleaning business.
According to my wife, this will be the only window cleaning company we are using thus forward.
If my wife is happy, I am happy.

Ive used several different window cleaning companies in Tallahassee over the years. The big names of course. They did ok. But i decided to get an estimate from express just to see what they are about. I was very impressed with the owner who personally came to inspect my windows, very professional and show extreme respect, which is very important to me. The estimate was on par with the rest of the local companies, but I felt I should give them a try. And so I did.
My conclusion:
Showed up on time as scheduled.
Every Professional tool needed, they had.

Express did a fantastic job cleaning my windows. Great price, showed up on time when scheduled, kept in touch and no surprises. They not only cleaned my windows, but also the window seals...which is a biggie for me, also removed and cleaned all of my screens. Just a fantastic job from a professional business. Another thing I liked was I could use my American Express Card, a nice add! Highly Recommend!!!!!
