Our siding project with HomeShield is complete! The entire journey, from beginning to end, was incredibly smooth. Despite the challenges posed by our large ranch home with a walk-out basement, they finished the job within the promised timeframe of one week. HomeShield maintained clear communication throughout and patiently addressed all our inquiries. They even accommodated our indecision by patiently handling 10 different paint samples as we struggled to select a color for our uniquely designed home. We are delighted at the visual appearance of our bungalow and our damp problems have gone. We had a new damp course and total exterior wall treatment and insulation, the visual effect is stunning.
