If your gutters are properly and professionally installed, they should function properly for the duration of your home. It depends on the amount and type of trees surrounding your home and also if your gutters are constantly filling up and overflowing. There are a few factors to consider (1) square footage of your home (2) pitch of the roof and (3) type of material used on your roof.

Critical: Responsiveness
Called to have a small section of soffit replaced and a small repair on a gutter that was hit by a vehicle. I was talked out of it because the job wasn't big enough for S&M ($350 minimum). Unless you need a lot of work (or are willing to overpay for minor work), call someone else.

Fast, efficient, and straightforward. Gregory and team replaced our gutters, fixed a bunch of rotted fascia board, and installed leaf guards all at a reasonable price and with minimal fuss. They properly elbowed some upper roof downspouts to disperse water into the lower gutter, but the slope of my roof caused some of that water to overshoot. I called and let him know and with my approval he extended those downspouts directly into the lower gutters quickly and at no extra cost. Great experience.
