Dexter personally came out and quoted the work we requested and made a couple of very good recommendations that we agreed to. The work included sheetrock repair, tile removal, knockdown texture and paint. His employee Mathew was very detailed oriented and personable. Dexter stopped by and checked on the job every day until completion and personally completed the sheetrock repair and shot the texture. Everything went according to the timeline Dexter gave us. When he quotes a job, there are no hidden fees or up charges and his quotes make sense from top to bottom.

Dexter Pruitt & his staff were highly professional. We had the exterior facets, awnings, & siding repairs as needed & all painted. We had several interior rooms with drywall repair & painted. Each worker was very timely in arrival time & worked diligently to complete his work to our satisfaction. We were pleased with every aspect of the work contracted & will readily hire Pruitt Painting should the need arise. Dexter Pruitt checked in with us periodically while the work was being done to insure we were satisfied.

Dexter did a great job with our kitchen remodel! He was quick to come out and give me a bid on the project, and he was the best priced estimate out of three bids! He called and texted me throughout the process to keep me informed of the progress and the timeline for each of the steps. The kitchen came out beautifully, and we'll definitely use Dexter in the future for any other upgrades or changes we make!

We have used Pruitt's Paint and Drywall for the last 23 years and wouldn't dream of using anyone else. We have built and remodeled several buildings and homes including our own home over the years and Dexter Pruitt is the only contractor that we have that ever showed up on time and the day he said. The quality of work is excellent! Why would anyone use a company for 23 years for anything less than perfect? His workers are very professional, courteous and trustworthy. Pruitt’s finished out my garage installing beadboard on the ceiling and painting it white, completely tape and bedding the walls, texturing and painting a lovely dove gray. Pruitt’s also installed baseboards. I am beyond happy with the work done and Mr Pruitt is a heck of a nice guy to boot. He did exactly what he said he would do at the time he said he would do it. Mr Pruitt left the site cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend Pruitt’s painting and drywall!!

I am a single woman who searched long and hard before deciding on a contractor. Pruitt's Painting and Drywall came highly recommended by two other reputable businesses. He and his crew painted my entire home, including cabinets, trim and doors. They replaced all the door hardware and repaired and painted a bedroom ceiling. I am extremely pleased with the quality of his work and the way he and his employees kept the house clean during and after the job. They had to disconnect my dish unit to paint a shelf. Very Poor business practices. I called his "company" a week before last week, spoke with Mr. Pruitt and gave him the size of the walls I wanted worked on. He intern gave me an over the phone estimate that was a good national average for the square footage and the job to be done. I accepted his bid and we made a date for Friday to get it done. I called to confirm if hes going to show up and do the job or if anything has changed. And nope... didn't call me back to confirm and ignored my calls (2calls, 3hours apart, and it was after noon). I left a message saying Ill just get someone else to do it
