DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! In May of 2013 Rose Concrete replaced my driveway; it started falling apart less than six-months later. I made numerous calls and emails in a vain attempt to have the work replaced. However, after initially returning my calls and emails, the owner of Rose Concrete will no longer respond. Despite the owner’s claims that he would do whatever it took to make things right, I am now forced to address this issue through legal channels.
