Nicholas responded to my message early in the morning with a quote and an available appointment within two days! His quote was accurate, he was on time, and he took care of the pesty flying ants in my home! I had another company spray twice and continued to have issues, but I am excited to say, since Nicholas left, I haven't seen a SINGLE ant! This place is the best that I've worked with. It's easy to schedule, No locking into expensive contracts. It's simple to schedule, got confirmations and they show up on time every time. Nicholas is great and SO thorough. He really listens and has solutions that have finally worked to handle roaches in the yard in an area with manholes that the city isn't maintaining. I moved my family into a new home. There were some issues with creepy crawlies (roaches, spiders, etc). I messaged Nicholas and he responded immediately. We set an appointment for the following week. Hate little black ants? Me too. After one visit I can already see a significant change. He was very professional and I am pleased with the services he provides. We have two cats and a dog and I can gladly say none of them had a reaction to the treatment. In an attempt to be proactive this year with preventative maintenance, we knew we needed to get the exterior of our house sprayed but having a small dog and being pregnant, I was nervous with all the chemicals the previous sprays we used so we hadn’t done anything. The customer service and quality of service that I received from Nicholas at Organic Pest Control was outstanding. I feel better knowing that he uses safe pesticides but is still effective at solving our bug problem.
