The Deluxe package includes everything in the basic cleaning plus a more thourough detailed cleaning. We offer steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery using a truck mounted steam cleaning system. Our vacation rental package provides a great general cleaning of your vacation rental property plus all those extra details!

These are our regular packages but we can set up a cleaning service that works with your budget. La Carte items start as low as $50. The prices depend on the requested services. La Carte services must be added to one of our 3 packages OR meet our minimum service purchase of $100. Prices are based on average sized homes.

They were on their cellphones the entire time they were supposed to be cleaning. They mopped around things rather than moving them. They did not know to use different products on wood/marble/stainless. They left the trash outside of kitchen door instead of putting in the bins below. The house was still not clean after they left. VERY disappointed.

We have been using Karen's Kleaning for years and have never had an issue. I had worked with other cleaning services previously that often forgot to return my calls or emails, which drove me crazy. Karen's Kleaning always responds to my communications and they do all they can to accommodate our needs. The workers are thorough, and my house is sparkling clean every time they come. We utilized Karen's Kleaning services for our move-out of our apartment and they did an amazing job. We walked in and it immediately smelled clean and fresh, way better than the state it was when we first moved in. Karen's Kleaning is the best. They are fast, efficient, and always follow the instructions they are given. Their cleaning is consistent and very thorough. Of all the cleaners I have ever used, I find my house looks, feels, and smells clean when they are at my house. They polish all the surfaces after they clean them, which makes a big difference. I like to walk in the house and be able to tell they were there! That is always the case with Karen's Kleaning! Highly recommended!

I used Karen's Kleaning to clean my 3 room house on the Westside and they did a great job on all the rooms. Kitchen was sparkling clean, Bathroom looked terrific and Living Room was cleaned exceptionally well. They were on time and very efficient working quickly and thoroughly and they were friendly and courteous. They even cleaned the outside patio in our backyard when I requested it on the spot. We have been a monthly client for a couple of years, a standing day and time window for my dad. They only did average cleaning job but for the price it was ok. Out of the blue they called and can not clean on a specific day anymore we would have to be different days different times as she can "fit" you in she was so rude and unprofessional and started complaining about all of her scheduling problems. It was shocking how she spoke. Well I am happy to take my monthly $$ someplace else. Very unprofessional.

I used Karen's Kleaning for my Move-out cleaning. I've lived in this apartment for a little over 3 years and hosted weekly game/beer/hangout nights with my friends. Office was great. Cleaners friendly and on time. The one off job of cleaning my Wolf Range was done with a lack of detail...They did not even remove the utensil containers on the shelf of the range or think to clean them . They did not look under the range or think to vacuum under it. There was dried food still left in the cracks of the griddle. All that for $35 an hour-two people for two hours to clean a range, really!?

I have to say that I was not at all impressed or pleased with Karen's Kleaning. The staff was friendly but they did not clean well. For instance, the bathroom.... They cleaned only one vanity sink even though both were being used. They did not scrub/clean the shower or the shower glass door, which was covered with water spots. They completely skipped over the jet bath tub which was dusty because we don't use it since the drought alert in California. There were still cobwebs in corners, and all this in ONE bathroom. This pretty much set the tone for the rest of their cleaning diligence

They are pleasant on the phone when scheduling and the women who came to clean our house were lovely but it's expensive and based on a time frame. Most money I've ever spent to have my house cleaned and the least thorough job as they didn't have time to finish. It basically works out to be $35 hour.

I love Karens kleaning !! When I come home the house is so thoroughly clean and fresh ... ! It's the best decision I have made lately . After working hard all day and coming home to a spotless home is wonderful . I've been there when the girls have come to clean and I've also been at work while they clean . We've been using Karen's for almost a half a year to clean my Mom's home in Ventura. Either one or two cleaners show up and go right to work - making sure her place is thoroughly cleaned.
Unlike some of the other comments, my experience has been very positive: scheduling changes (either from their side or mine) have always been discussed by phone days if not weeks in advance - with absolutely no issues.

They do the post-moveout cleaning for Del Playa rentals. I'm not sure if they work for any of the other awful, sketchy rental companies of Isla Vista.
I hired a cleaning service before I moved out of my tiny, two bedroom apartment at a cost of $300. My landlord proceeded to charge me again for cleaning (not Karen's fault), and provided a lovely receipt from Karen's Kleaning.
They kindly noted that my unit needed a "little less than average attention" (how nice! I'm flattered.). Since it needed so little attention, they billed me at $40/hour, for 13.75 man hours

I am very pleased with this crew so far - they take Visa, they keep a file on your preferences, and they are able to let themselves in (they don't need you to hang around and guard them like the other people we had). They seem to actually get things clean and gave a follow-up call to check how things went.
Happy. I will probably add another star after the next cleaning, if it carries on this well.
