Just over an hour after I called to request service a technician was at my house. Both the gentleman that answered my call and Skylar (technician) were wonderful. Rates were more than reasonable too. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them! Very impressed!

My tenants called to inform me that the system was not cooling. Hibdon Heat and Air was the only local service that responded to my call. And was openly willing to come to my home over the weekend. I liked the fact that the technician being sent to help me personally contacted me in advanced. Let me know his estimated time of arrival. He was very professional and when communicating with me. Gave me his analysis on what was wrong. Kept me updated about the steps being taken. The time for which it took to complete the task at hand was very quick. It was obvious that he is highly skilled in his trade

Chad and his crew, Hunter, Brandon and Zach were phenomenal. We did a flip with a new 5 ton heat and air system in the attic. They were very informative on the progress as it was installed. We are so grateful to have found this company! If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

I have used a few HVAC companies since I moved to Oklahoma City in 1990. I have had the displeasure of working with a certain business that advertises heavily on television that told me I needed to replace my entire unit when three other companies suggested that I only needed freon. The technician, Alex, explained everything in great detail and gave me a very reasonable price compared to the other bids I received. I was honestly blown away by the quality of work for the price, and I will no longer call anyone else. I appreciate the honesty more than anything, and I will no longer be calling anyone
